As a teenager, Erin Post began watching "Jeopardy!" everyday with her grandmother. She first auditioned when she was only 16-years-old and has taken the online test many times.

Today all of her hard work will pay off as the 26-year-old will be on the show. The episode was taped back in July, she had auditioned a year before that.

“When I got the phone call, I thought it was a mean joke because so many of my friends knew how much I loved the show," Erin Told the Quad City Times. "And then I was like, ‘Oh, my god, this is really happening.’”

After receiving the news that she would be on the show, Erin began studying. She made flash cards and watched hours of archived episodes.

Erin describes her whole experience as surreal and a dream come true. Make sure to tune in later today and see how she does.
