Alabama Trooper Pulls Over Speeders, Delivers Baby

When Trooper Michael Kesler pulled over Danny and Shawna Lowe he was fully expecting to write them a speeding ticket. He ended up helping deliver their child on U.S. Route 72.

Kesler also helped by coordinating with Shawna's doctor and ambulance personnel and visited them in the hospital with flowers, cupcakes and a new parent starter kit.
