Lenden Woodruff, the police chief of a small town in Oklahoma, was out drinking on Saturday night and decided to drive his police cruiser home drunk. Cody Gibby, a city council member, tried to stop him from driving, and Lenden attempted to run him over.

Lenden missed and was pulled over by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. He was arrested for drunk driving, it turns out this is his third drunk driving arrest in the past 10 years. This time he's also facing a felony charge for assault with a deadly weapon, maybe THAT will be enough to get him demoted from police chief.
