After 28 years of forecasting the weather in the Quad-Cities, Terry Swails is leaving the area.

But he isn't going far.
KGAN, the CBS station in Cedar Rapids, announced Monday afternoon that the 58-year-old Swails had been hired as its chief meteorologist.

That's right, Terry Swails will be headed to Cedar Rapids and KGAN. Listen this morning at 9 when we'll have Terry on to reveal where he'll be heading! Des Moines? Rockford? Kansas City?  Nobody knows.
