When you've been alive for an entire century, I think you've earned the right to get all turnt up. Apparently not.

100-year-old Evelyn Heller lives in Palm Springs, California. She was evicted from her apartment on Friday for being too loud. The building's management company says she gets into a lot of loud arguments with her daughter. They threatened to evict her twice before if it didn't stop and when it still didn't, they took her to court.

She tried to be her own lawyer, which wasn't a good idea. The judge ended up siding with the management company, and evicted her. A deputy had to explain to her she lost outside of the courthouse. She told reporters, "What kind of ridiculous thing is that? I don't have any money."
