Ya Maka My Weekend is This Saturday in The District

This Saturday, one of the best District events happens.

Ya Maka My Weekend, the “Original District Festival” celebrates Caribbean culture with ethnic foods, live reggae and Caribbean music, palm trees and sand. And this year, they've got some amazing bands!

Gates open at 4:00 p.m...right when Rude Punch goes on! You DON'T want to miss these guys!

Tropixplosion – 7:30p.m.
Indika Reggae – 10:00p.m.

Admission – $9/ $5 after 10:00PM Kids 12 & under get in FREE
Tickets can be purchased in advance through the Downtown Rock Island Partnership at 309-948-2008, or admission fee can be paid at the gate. Please no pets. No coolers allowed inside of premises. Personal lawn chairs and seating is allowed.
