If you alter a food so much that you eliminate one of the ingredients in its name, is it really that food anymore?

There's a recipe going around on Twitter right now for a "healthier" mac-and-cheese that replaces the cheese with avocado. Oh, and it replaces the breadcrumbs with almond flour.

And sure, avocado is healthy. But the overwhelming response seems to be that no one wants cheese-less mac-and-cheese. Especially since it comes out looking green.
