Woman Stabs Her Boyfriend When He Refuses to Have Morning Sex

46-year-old Jose Vega-Hernandez of Deltona, Florida was asleep around 6:00 A.M. on Saturday when his 37-year-old girlfriend Yanilca Ortiz-Burgos hopped on top of him for some wake-up sex.

He was too tired and told her he just wanted to sleep. Only she wouldn't get off of him, so he pushed her off. That's when she punched him, then grabbed a knife and stabbed him in the stomach.

She did it right in front of a nine-year-old, a 10-year-old, and a 17-year-old, it's not clear whose kids they are. She was arrested and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and child abuse.
