Woman is Suing a Clothing Company, Their Tights Did Not Give Her Sexual Pleasure

A woman by the name of Meng Wang from Queens, New York is suing Gildan Outerwear over their Kushyfoot Shaping Tights... because she thought they would make her climax as she walked, and they didn't.

The ad for the tights was supposed to suggest that the padded feet in the tights made walking feel good, but Meng took it to literally mean the tights would give her sexual pleasure. So she bought a pair for $7.64 and they did not satisfy her that way.

She's filed a class action lawsuit against Gildan for false advertising, she didn't specify how much money she's looking for in the suit.
