Heather Clark lost her seven-month-old son Lukas in 2013. The babysitter's boyfriend caused it, when the baby wouldn't stop crying. He's still awaiting trial.

Even though she was dealing with a tragedy like that, she still made the decision to donate his organs and it ended up saving the lives of three other kids.

One of them was a little girl named Jordan Drake, who had a congenital heart defect and needed a transplant. She's four years old now, and doing great. Last Friday, Heather got to meet her for the first time at a hospital in Phoenix. She used a stethoscope to listen to Lukas's heart beating in Jordan's chest. The whole thing was pretty emotional:

Heather says that after Lukas died, she realized she had a chance to prevent other parents from experiencing the same pain she was going through.
