A Texas woman was arrested last week after she got into a drunken fight and bit a huge chunk of her victim's nose off. To make matters worse, she swallowed the piece of flesh.

41-year-old Jessica Collins and two others were returning home from a night out at the bar. Collins insisted that they keep the party going and asked the 28-year-old hostess for alcohol and cigarettes. The victim instead asked her to leave her home.

Collins then attacked the woman, pulling her to the floor by her hair. During the scuffle, Collins bit into the bridge of the victim's nose and took a huge piece out. The victim, who requires emergency plastic surgery, told KTRK: "All I could remember was the taste of blood in my mouth. I was screaming, like, ‘I don't have a nose. I’m 28 years old and I don't have a nose anymore.’"

Court filings accuse Collins of intentionally causing bodily injury by biting the victim and she will appear in court on a misdemeanor assault charge.
