While The Wife’s Away, The House Goes Into Disarray

My wife was out of town for the early part of this week. As it turns out, when she's out of the house so are the rules on cleaning.

See, in our house there's something magic going on. For example, if I leave an empty bottle of water laying around it will just disappear. Well when my wife is gone, so is the magic.

Just look at the state of my nightstand from the past week:

It didn't just happen to me either. Take a look at my daughter's room. Yes, that's a gallon-sized box of Goldfish crackers on her bed.

Strange, this closet is usually tidy and in order when Mom is home...
