Vintage Van Halen Concert Footage

Restored Van Halen concert footage from the late 70's is making the rounds on the 'net.
Hennemusic posted 5 clips from some shows in Fresno California at the Selland Arena.  It certainly isn't high def--whoever filmed these concerts shot it with an 8mm home movie camera. How'd they sneak that into a concert?
