U.K. Man Accuses Pizza Hut of Using His Likeness on Delivery Boxes

A guy in Redditch, Worcestershire is convinced Pizza Hut has been using a photo of him on their pizza boxes. It kind of looks like him if you squint, but they claim it's someone else.

39-year-old Nick Richardson suspects that the restaurant chain got a picture of him eating pizza and started using it on their boxes without permission. He was first alerted when a friend sent him a text asking, "Why are you on my pizza box?"

The box in particular is one of five that Pizza Hut uses in the United Kingdom. Richardson says his friends and family all agree that the model on the pizza box looks exactly like him. He thinks that the photo came from visit to a restaurant in August of last year.

Pizza Hut responded by saying that all the people featured on the boxes are employees of the chain and gave permission for their photos to be used.
