Put yourself in this situation. You're driving home from work, suddenly you see a leather pouch laying in the road, so you get out to investigate. Turns out it's filled with $15,200. Do you keep it?

61-year-old SEPTA worker Bob Tracey was driving home to Springfield, Pennsylvania when he found himself in this exact position. At first he thought that maybe it was a purse that got left on the top of somebody's car.

The pouch had the name of a bank on the corner and was filled with $100, $50, and $20 bills.

Now, we wouldn't be talking about this story if Bob had kept the cash. "I thought, 'Wow, this is going to pay off my vacation,'" he said. "But it's not my way." He called the police station and turned the pouch in.
