Kids love Santa but they don't always love to be around him. That's evident in all the photos that surface of Saint Nick holding crying children on his lap.

Kerry Spencer posts this photo of her son every year around Christmas, this time it's gained a lot of attention. She said, "We taught our baby sign language. This is the sign for 'help.' You're welcome."

Some pointed out that, like with spoken language, babies will "mispronounce" words and phrases. Regardless, she knew that her son was signing for help, even if his hands weren't positioned properly.

She's held onto the photo for so long that her son is now 13-years-old and has his own Twitter account. He seems to be excepting his new fame:
