Porch pirates are those despicable people that see a delivery box sitting in front of somebody's door and snag it for their own. One inventor got fed up and decided to do something about it.

Jaireme Barrow had lost several boxes filled with Jeep parts and electronics to porch pirates. He even has a security camera that would capture them in the act, but no arrests were ever made.

That's when he made up his mind to get revenge, thus The Blank Box was created.

Barrow's Blank Box is a dummy package that gets placed in plain sight and when the would-be thief lifts it up, a 12-gauge shotgun blank goes off.
