A memorial concert is being held this weekend for McClain Bohach, a Quad Cities musician that was tragically taken in 2016. The celebration of his life and legacy will help young musicians.

A fund has been set up at the River Music Experience in McClain's name: The MHB Music Scholarship Fund. The money raised goes to help children who can't afford the programs that RME offers.

On Saturday, May 19th, a concert is being held at the Redstone Room (129 N Main St, Davenport) that will feature a bunch of local bands. The lineup includes McClain's old band The Pour Boyz, Arrival, and Dirt Road Rockers with a huge jam session rounding out the night with all sorts of QC all stars.

Admission is $5 per person. If the show sells out, they'll have raised enough money for twenty kids who otherwise could not afford to go to and blues or rock camps.
