The Most Embarrassing Jersey to Own for Every NFL Team
Sports jerseys are expensive, so it's really frustrating when you buy one of a player who's suddenly traded, suddenly terrible or worse.
There's a new list of the most embarrassing NFL jerseys to own for each team. Here are some highlights:
- Bears: Cade McNown
- Jets: Tim Tebow.
- Bills: Scott Norwood. He missed a 47-yard field goal at the end of Super Bowl 25, which allowed the New York Giants to win 20-to-19. It also started a string of four straight Bills Super Bowl losses.
As embarrassing as an original would be, someone made a version with his name and number off-center and 'wide-right,' which is awesome. Also, who buys jerseys for kickers in the first place? - Packers: Brandon Bostick
- Browns: any post-Bernie Kosar quarterback. There have been more than 20 of them. So let's just wait on Robert Griffin the Third.
- Vikings: Donovan McNabb
- Chargers: Ryan Leaf. Considered one of the biggest busts of all time. Other quarterback busts on the list include: Cade McNown for the Chicago Bears, Jimmy Clausen for the Carolina Panthers, and Akili Smith for the Cincinnati Bengals.
