The Man Who Threw $1,000 to Complete Strangers Spoke to Dwyer and Michaels

It may be the holiday season, but one Minnesota man decided to make it rain instead of letting it snow.

Serge Vorobyov decided to throw $1,000 in dollar bills down from the fourth floor in the Mall of America on Black Friday in an attempt to spread some holiday cheer.

Vorobyov decided to spread the wealth because he had a rough year. Reports also indicate it was the last $1,000 to his name. Police were not touched by his gesture --he was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, making 2013 even worse than it already was.
