Masazou Nonaka from Ashoro, Japan is the oldest living man in the world, he's almost 113-years-old. He says the keys to living his long life are soaking in hot springs, eating desserts, and telling people off.

So if you take his advice and you want to be that old, I guess you should install a hot tub, mow through several tubs of ice cream, and start telling people exactly what you don't like about them. That all seems doable.
