The Hershey Company is Suing Pot Dispensaries Over Candy Like Names

So, the Hershey Company is suing a couple of marijuana dispensaries over the names that they are using for their pot-laced candies. Seattle Conscious Care Collective in Seattle and TinctureBelle Marijuanka LLC in Colorado. The parody names are AWESOME! Marijuanka, bwa-ha-ha-ha!
