The house where Steve Urkel made magic on "Family Matters" in the 1990s is going to be destroyed. Sort of. Obviously, the show was filmed on studio sets in California.

But the Chicago house that was used in the opening credits to represent the Winslow Family home has been approved for demolition. The owner wants to get rid of it and build something bigger.

It's sad, but it would be totally worth it if the guy operating the excavator takes a cell phone video of himself bringing that massive arm down on the house and saying, "Did I do that?"
