Shawn Bodensteiner, a homebuilder by trade, says that he has wanted to open a restaurant for the past 25 years, "My wife and I live in Robins. It’s a great community, and there was a void by not having a bar and grill or restaurant here."

Bodensteiner is a big fan of the film and even attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday dressed as The Dude. Inside the restaurant are numerous references and art based on "Lebowski" including a rug that really ties the room together.

The menu features the "The Big Lebowski" burger which consists of beef, four cheese, bacon, shaved roast beef, barbecue sauce and onion rings. With that you can get "The Dude" as a side, it's fries topped with cheese, pulled pork, tomatoes, onions, bacon and barbecue sauce.

"It’s classic pub-style food with a twist and some additions," Bodensteiner said. "A lot of the menu are quirky burgers I’ve made before. Kitchen manager Mike Berzinski made them much better and added his own things as well."
