He then asked for a list of all the employees, specifically some detailed info about the female employees. Unfortunately for him, that's when the staff got suspicious and called the real cops.

When the police got there, Nicholas admitted he'd posed as a fake cop to get the Hooters girls' info, so he could try to become friends with them on Facebook.

Now he's looking at up to four years in prison for a felony count of impersonating a police officer. If that sentence sounds too harsh for a young kid, it might not be... since he's already on probation for arson.
