Back in early July, police were called to the Taxarkana Regional Airport after security saw a guy jump the fence and attempt to get into a twin-engine jet.

Officers made it to the airport shortly after 2:30 A.M. and located the plane which the suspect had broken into since the initial call. The cops shined a flashlight at the cockpit windows and could see the man sitting in the pilot's seat.

They recognized 18-year-old Zemarcuis Devon Scott from past encounters. The teen was ordered from the plane and charged him with commercial burglary and attempted theft of property with a value greater than $25,000. Scott told the officers that he intended to fly the plane to a rap concert in another state and thought he would just have to flip some levers and push buttons to make it fly.
