Student in Trouble For Renting Dorm on Airbnb

Back in my college days, money-earning opportunities were pretty limited and made it hard to have a healthy social life. Nowadays kids can make money with their smartphones.

A student at Northern Arizona University did just that. But instead of using Uber or Lyft to make some extra cash, they used Airbnb. Yes, this student rented out their dorm room.

The school discovered what the unidentified student was doing and had university police remove the unauthorized residents. Staff also contacted Airbnb to have the listing for the single bed dorm with attached bathroom taken down.

The entrepreneurial student remains enrolled at North Arizona University but is facing disciplinary action for violating school policy.
