Stranded SUV and Trailer Rescue Efforts Bring Mixed Results

A beachgoers in Moana, Australia were witness to the struggling efforts of "a bunch of amateurs" trying to pull a stranded SUV and trailer out of the surf.

The driver had tried to launch a pair of jet skis before getting his vehicle stuck in the wet sand. Apparently the rescue group had already broke a winch cable before the video started.

Eventually the SUV is freed, but the trailer remains stuck. So they send in the rescue truck and hitch it to the jet skis. Then that truck gets stuck.

Using the previously stuck SUV, the group is able to pull the now stuck rescue truck out of the water. Unfortunately one of the jet skis is jarred loose and falls off the trailer.
