Skull Appears in Satellite Images of Hurricane Matthew
As if hurricanes weren't scary enough, Matthew is about to hit the U.S. and just happens to look like a skull when viewed through satellite images.
The photo comes from earlier this week when Hurricane Matthew made landfall in Haiti. The storm is seen through an infrared lens that is then colored to show meteorologists were the strongest parts of the storm are.
It just so happens that a skull forms in the center of the hurricane when gray, black, and red are added to the image.
