Fun Fact: Big Muddy Brewing features twist on the ubiquitous black IPAs, called the Big Muddy Monster. It's a well-hopped brown IPA, of sorts, which was brewed with five malts and a heaping of west coast-style hops. The beer is 65 IBUs, which should comfort the hop heads among us, and is dry-hopped with Simcoe, Citra and Sorachi Ace hops. (source: Examiner.com)
