People Would Rather Go To Jail Than Discuss Finances

Talking about money is difficult. People don't like discussing the mistakes they've made, how little they're saving, and how much more cash they wish they had.

But is talking about finances really worse than going to jail?

A new survey asked people what they'd rather do than have tough financial conversations or spend time really working on budgeting and planning. Here's what they would rather do:

1. Sit in traffic for an hour.
2. Post an embarrassing photo of themselves on social media.
3. Get stung by a bee.
4. Spend an hour in jail.
5. Sit through an intense movie sex scene with their parents.
