Patrolman Gets Farted On By DUI Suspect
Philip Mainiero is a police officer in Berwick, Pennsylvania. He pulled over a 52-year-old guy named Flores Rivera for drunk driving around 2:00 A.M. back on January 11th. When Flores got out of the car to do some sobriety tests, things got nasty.
The police report says that Flores passed gas, then told the cop, "That's for you." Then he started smelling the air, and said, "That's what pork and mashed potatoes will do."
So foul, but he's not wrong. He was arrested for drunk driving and disorderly conduct, and he's due in court next week.
