Passed Out Raver Speaks Out

If you remember, last week we brought you the story of an out-of-hand rave in Michigan. During said news story the host makes mention of a kid passed out on his floor, now that kid is awake and telling his story.

Ray Hulin, or you can call him by his stage name of Ratchet, was quoted as saying: “I know how to handle a party, dude, and I feel like I handled this one party well.”
