One of These Bands Will Open for Heart and Lynch Mob

I'm very excited to announce that these bands will be playing in the 97Xposure Quarter Finals this week at Rascals Live! Two bands from each night will advance to the final showdown on Friday May 13th. (Yes, Friday the 13th!)

The Quarter Finals will be held on Thursday, May 5th and Friday, May 6th from 7-10pm at Rascals Live, 1414 15th St. Moline. Each band will play a 20 min set with 20 minutes for tear down/set up.

Here's the lineup for Thursday, May 5th:
• 1st Band 7:20pm - 7:40pm – Corey Booth Project
• 2nd Band 8pm - 8:20pm – Bigger On The Inside
• 3rd Band 8:40pm – 9pm – Electric Shock
• 4th Band 9:20pm – 9:40pm – The Zealots

Here's the lineup for Friday, May 6th:
• 1st Band 7:20pm - 7:40pm – Alborn Theory
• 2nd Band 8pm - 8:20pm – Soldout War
• 3rd Band 8:40pm – 9pm – Remember My Name
• 4th Band 9:20pm – 9:40pm – Condor & Jaybird

After the scores are tallied we will announce two finalists from each night. Those four finalists will compete Friday, May 13th at Rascals Live. That winner will open for Heart/Lynch Mob at the iWireless Center on Tuesday, May 17th!

This is how the judging categories break down: Band Proficiency, Stage Presence, Style, Overall Performance, and Crowd Reaction. So make sure to get out to Rascals and support your favorite band and local music in general!
