62-year-old John Parsley wanted a refund for two charges on his credit card from the Comfort Inn & Suites in Alva, Oklahoma. When the hotel manager declined a refund, Parsley took matters into his own hands.

An officer with the Alva Police Department arrived on scene to speak with Parsley, who had parked his truck under the hotel awning. When the officer offered to go in and speak with the manager, Parsley drove his pickup into the lobby.

Surveillance video shows two hotel clerks nearly avoiding the truck as it crashes through the front desk.

Both clerks were later confirmed to be uninjured and told police that Parsley was very rude and vulgar and demanded his money be refunded.

The clerks told police they issued him a copy of the void transaction and told him to call his credit card company. The clerks told police Parsley then said that this wasn't his first bad experience with a hotel manager who was Indian and told them he was going to "run his truck over them and over the property."
