Officer Slaps Man Blowing Air Horn in Police Station

A guy in northern New Jersey turned himself in for an outstanding warrant last Thursday, he'd been busted for driving without insurance, then didn't show up for community service.

The 28-year-old went to the station wearing a bunny suit and then he kept blowing an air horn in the waiting room. For four minutes. His brother filmed it until two cops showed up, slapped his brother, then slapped the phone out of his hand.

Now the cops are being investigated.
