Neighbor Busts Real Estate Agent Having Sex in a Recently Sold House

I feel like the value of this house just depreciated big time. The police in Friendswood, Texas got a call on Saturday around 5:00 A.M. when someone saw people going into the vacant house next door.

When the cops got there, they found 22-year-old Kayla Seloff and 27-year-old Joshua Leal getting-it-on inside. It turns out Kayla is a real estate agent and the house was one of her listings.

She'd just sold it the day before, so I guess she was christening it for the new buyers? The sale is still going through, because the new owners decided they wanted to press charges. Kayla and Joshua were both arrested for criminal trespassing.
