37-year-old Robert Lopez's neighbors called the police on him after they saw him watering his Californian lawn while naked.

When police arrived he was still naked, sitting in a chair and drinking a beer. Lopez refused to put on clothes when asked and threw his beer bottle at the deputies, which missed. He then threatened a deputy saying "that he would get a gun and shoot him."

Lopez went into his house to finally put on a pair of shorts and then returned with an 8-inch knife which he threw at the deputy. Officials shot Lopez with a bean bag from a shotgun and placed him into custody.

Lopez is now facing felony charges of assault with a deadly weapon on a peace officer, resisting arrest, and a misdemeanor for indecent exposure.
