Mother of Four Arrested After Exposing Herself Outside Barber Shop

28-year-old Latigra Charell Ervin Heath of Rock Hill, South Carolina was arrested Sunday after she exposed herself to a group of men outside of a barber shop. Reports say she was visible to her four children.

Heath told the arresting officers that she was being paid to clean the business while dressed in red lingerie. Police received calls that said Heath was stripping outside the shop. Upon arrival they found her sitting inside with her breasts exposed.

Heath was charged with indecent exposure and unlawful conduct towards a child.
