Mommy, Daddy, the tooth fairy forgot to visit!

There are many bad ways to wake up, and this may be one of the worst!

Recently my 5yo broke his tooth and it needed to be extracted.

(And this would be his first baby tooth to go!)  The staff was fantastic and he was quite the trooper through the whole ordeal.

You would think an event like this would raise those red flags high enough for the tooth fairy to see.  BUT... there was this scream "Mommy, Daddy, the tooth fairy forgot to visit!"

That certainly leaves a sinking feeling in your stomach!

Well the good news is... it turns out the note was in the pillow case this whole time.... Whew!
