Miss America This Weekend: Another Iowa Shutout?

Iowa isn't known for their Miss Americas.  In fact, Iowa has never held the position.  The Preliminaries are going on right Now in Atlantic City, and honestly it doesn't look good for us this year either.  The prelims don't always predict the winner, but t's good to be in the judges top-of-mind.  So far Aly has posted fun pics to her Twitter and Instagram pages, but nothing with a victory attached.

Which is too bad, because Aly Olson would sure make a great Miss America.  Maybe red will be Iowa's lucky color this year!
