The Erie SeaWolves in Pennsylvania are a double-A team for the Detroit Tigers. On Saturday, they held "Sugar Rush Night" which included hot dogs with cotton candy as a bun. If that's not enough sugar with your hot dog, they also used Nerds as a topping.
