Man Who’s Too Chubby to Pass Police Exam Has Friend Take It For Him

24-year-old Justin Payne from Buffalo, New York really wanted to be a cop, he did well on the written test a few weeks ago. But he's 260 pounds, and the police told him he wouldn't be able to meet their physical requirements.

Justin came up with the brilliant idea to have one of his ripped friends take the physical test for him. They might have gotten away with it, if his friend hadn't accidentally signed his own name on the bottom of his form.

Obviously that made the police suspicious. They also take fingerprints at the written test and the physical one. When they compared Justin's prints to his friend's, they saw they were different.

He was arrested last week for criminal impersonation. A police lieutenant says that means, "He's pretty much out of consideration for being hired." His friend who took the test for him could be facing charges too.
