37-year-old James Meyers got pulled over on Tuesday outside Charlotte, North Carolina. That's when he found out there was a warrant out for his arrest for not returning a VHS copy of "Freddy Got Fingered" 14 years ago.

That's the 2001 comedy that Tom Green wrote, directed, and starred in. It has an 11% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

James says he vaguely remembers renting it, but had no idea about the warrant and thought the cop was joking at first. He had to go down to the station, where they actually put him in handcuffs at one point. He's facing charges for failing to return rental property, and might have to pay a $200 fine when he's due back in court next month.

He ended up posting this video about it online:

Tom Green actually called him on Wednesday after he heard about it. He's in the middle of a stand-up tour in Australia right now and did an interview where he said he's going to pay the fine.
