32-year-old John Anthony Raimondo of Friendswood, Texas has been charged with theft in connection to an incident that occurred at a grocery store over the weekend. You could say he's in a pickle.

A police officer in the checkout line of the store noticed that Raimondo was making "suspicious movements" around his waist and he was walking awkwardly. That's when the officer noticed the bulge in his shirt.

Once outside, the officer asked Raimondo if he purchased anything in the store. The suspect agreed to a weapons search, during the check the officer found a cold pickle in Raimondo's pants. The officer also found two sandwiches on Raimondo.

Raimondo smelled like booze and claimed that he did not have any money to pay for the food. He's had two prior convictions for theft, that makes this charge a felony.
