Man High on Meth Surfs Atop Stranger’s Car

Jonathan Restrepo of Coral Springs, Florida ran across the top of several vehicles and even surfed on the top of one while high on meth. Witnesses were able to catch part of the incident on video.

He has been charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief for causing more than $1,000 damage to two different cars.
