Man Follows Family Wearing Toilet Seat and Clown Nose

67-year-old Herbert Forrester in North Tonawanda, New York has a "strange sense of humor," at least that's what he told the police.

A woman was out shopping with her children and a neighbor's kid, that's when police say Forrester began following them around a Dollar Store. The woman says he was wearing a big, red clown nose at the time.

When she and the children went to leave, Forrester grab a toilet seat from his van, put it around his head and stuck toilet paper in his mouth. When the woman and children ran, he allegedly yelled, "Yeah, run!"

When the police officers caught up with Forrester later, he was arrested and charged with harassment. He told them that he, "has a strange sense of humor and I have to stop." He is out of jail on $100 bail.
