Man Charged With Murder of Iowa State Golfer

A man has been arrested and charged with murder in the killing of 22-year-old Celia Barquin Arozamena. The victim was a former Iowa State University student and was named Female Athlete of the Year.

Celia was found dead at the Coldwater Links golf course on Monday morning. Authorities were called to the course after golfers found a golf bag with nobody near it.

Police arrested 22-year-old Collin Daniel Richards and charged him with first-degree murder.
