An officer in Knoxville, Tennessee was flagged down by a crowd of people that reported "odd behavior" from a man. When the cop tried to stop Brian Zielinski, he kept walking away.

It was noted that the man was "talking incoherently and appeared to be under the influence of some type of inhalant." Zielinski was searched and he had two bottles of super glue and a sunglasses case filled with light bulbs that had straws attached. Authorities also found an electronic scale with crystal-like residue on it.

Zielinski tried to run after being handcuffed and had to be restrained. It was at that point that he started banging his head on the sidewalk and told the officers to kill him.

The man was charged with disorderly conduct, evading arrest, inhale and possess intoxicants for unlawful purposes, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and resist, stop, arrest, search (no weapon).
