Larry King Wants Someone to “Bring Back the Miniskirt!”

Larry King did some more random, late-night Tweeting on Sunday. Some of his gems include: "Can you hum rap music?" and "Bring back the miniskirt!" At the end of the whole thing, Larry posted a video to let everyone know it was him and he wasn't drunk.
